Nitro Tooth-Paste Grade 00 is formulated with an active nitrogen base that reduces friction in low-speed, high-load gears. Its semi-solid consistency ensures prolonged adhesion even under intense vibration conditions. Certified under IRAM 6500 standard, it is ideal for gear rings of mills and rotary kilns in the cement and mining industries. Resistant to water washout and temperatures up to 120°C.
Nitro Tooth-Paste Grade 1 provides a semi-dry lubricating film that minimizes pitting and microwelding wear in helical and bevel gears. Its active nitrogen technology forms a tribological layer that withstands pressures up to 3000 N/mm². Recommended for speed reducers in power generation plants and continuous transport systems. Meets the requirements of DIN 51517-3 standard.
Grade 2 is a high-viscosity lubricating paste designed for open gears operating under severe mechanical impacts and sudden temperature changes. Its formulation with EP (extreme pressure) additives and active nitrogen ensures persistent lubrication even in shovel loader and primary crusher equipment. Resistant to oxidation and centrifugal separation, it maintains its consistency in extreme climates from -10°C to 150°C. Certified by the Argentine Institute of Petroleum and Gas.
