The buyer must apply the products according to safety instructions and declared operating conditions (temperature, load, speed). Nitrotoothpaste is not liable for damages resulting from application outside the parameters specified in the technical documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Nitrotoothpaste assumes no liability for production losses, equipment damage, or lost profits caused by the use of its lubricants, unless due to proven intent or gross negligence. The maximum compensation limit shall be the value of the sample or batch purchased.
